The Fort Worth business community has also recognized Total Spectrum. In 2001, the company received the Mayor’s Entrepreneur Award at the Entrepreneur Expo. Then-Mayor Kenneth Barr presented the award.

Total Spectrum’s president, Laura Hunt, was honored by Fort Worth South, Inc. with the 2006 Most Valuable Player Award. The award was presented to Laura at the organization’s annual banquet on February 6, 2007, “in appreciation for her creativity and unselfish commitment to promoting the Near Southside.”
